DIVE - EAT - SLEEP AND REPEAT

DIVING AT IT`S BEST

Raja Amapat is quickly becoming one of the world`s famous dive sites known for its extreme bio diversity. Triton Bay and the Banda Sea are still a bit more of an insider tip but that might change fast. If you like rays, sharks, intact coral reefs, big schools of fish, nudibranch in a blue tropical sea with small and big islands in between, Raja Ampat, the Banda Sea and Triton Bay are the right places for you. The best way to explore this archipelago is by liveaboard.

DIVING FROM THE GAYA BARU INDAH

  • On the GAYA BARU INDAH we dive in small groups of no more than 4 divers (2 buddy teams) with a guide.

  • We offer Nitrox EAN32 on all dives for free. If you are not certified for the use of Nitrox, we offer the NAUI Nitrox Diver course on board.

  • The max dive time is 60 minutes or 50 bar.

  • The max depth is 30 meters. This is in regard to the remoteness of our dive sites.

  • All dives are done from one of our RIB speedboats. The speedboat stays with the dive group and picks you up at the end of your dive.

  • On regular diving days we offer 3 dives a day plus a night dive twice a week.

  • There is reduced or no diving on departure days and when the ship makes a long passage in the daytime. In general we offer no dives on arrival day.

  • On 7D/6N cruises we plan for 18 dives.

  • On 10D/9N cruises we plan for 25 dives.

  • On 12D/11N cruises we plan for 28 dives.

  • We offer land excursions depending on our guests` request and opportunity.

Please note that all itineraries and dive sites are subject to various unpredictable changes, including weather changes and changes in local and national government approval. We will make every effort to select the best available sites on all cruises.

Divers should obey a 24hrs no-flight time between the last dive of the cruise and boarding an aircraft. Plan your continuing voyage accordingly.
